Scotty Coats is the Vinyl Marketing Director for Capitol Music Group and Co Founder of Unity Gain Crew. At CMG, he works with the likes of Motown, Blue Note Records, Virgin Music and Capitol to make vinyl records for the marketplace. He also helped relaunch Motown’s Black Forum Records. Unity Gain Crew is a unique after school music program that shows kids the many paths they can take to have a career in music. LOVE WINS.
